Whistleblower Attorneys in Willingboro Township, NJ

Federal and state whistleblower laws are designed to incentivize employees to come forward and report illegal conduct by their employers. These laws include protection against retaliation by employers against employees who report them and offer rewards to workers who provide inside information that allows government agencies to recover money from bad actors. If you report your employer’s large-scale fraud or other illegal conduct against the state or federal government, your employer can’t take any adverse action against you based on your report or your participation in an investigation.

If you have non-public information about your employer’s illegal conduct and want to report it, you should speak to the experienced whistleblower lawyers at Swartz Swidler.
