Bio

Justin L. Swidler, Esquire, partner of Swartz Swidler, LLC. Justin is a tried and tested trial attorney who aggressively pursues his client’s interests. Justin has been featured in the New Jersey Law Review, the Legal Intelligencer, Trial Magazine, and other publications relating to his unique legal theories and the outstanding results he has earned for his clients. Justin has argued and practiced in front of the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and in numerous federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Justin received his Juris Doctorate and his LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Justin received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida where he majored in sociology and minored in economics and political science. Graduating at 19 years old, Mr. Swidler was the youngest graduate in his class of more than 3,000 students.

Justin is admitted to the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and to the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of Nebraska, and to the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
