Joshua S. Boyette, Esquire, partner of Swartz Swidler, LLC, focuses his practice on representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, denied wages, and who have been retaliated against for whistleblowing, making internal complaints, or otherwise defending their rights. Joshua also represents individuals in severance negotiations, unemployment appeals, and in mediation and arbitration.
Joshua received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the New York University School of Law. Joshua has interned for the Honorable Jeffrey Minehart of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he advocated for the rights of employees. Prior to attending law school, Joshua received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in history.
Joshua is admitted to the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and to the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
