On May 29, 2013, three over-the-road truck drivers of Stevens Transport, Inc. filed a federal lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas asserting that Stevens Transport failed to pay them and thousands of other truck drivers at least the mandated minimum wage as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).

They may be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees and costs from Stevens Transport should there be a recovery or judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs.
