Bio
Manali S. Arora, Esquire champions the civil rights of individuals, by concentrating her practice on employment and education law.
Manali has significant experience fighting discrimination in both the workplace and the schoolyard. She has fought for students and employees who have faced unlawful discrimination. She is a published author on the subject of racial discrimination in public schools. Manali received her Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington DC. Prior to joining Swartz Swidler, she clerked for a Circuit Court Judge in Maryland, and worked for a firm focusing on education law in Doylestown, PA. She is admitted to practice law in three states, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Manali speaks fluent Gujarati.
