Alexa B. Wissner, Esquire, advocates for employees who have been discriminated against, harassed, wrongfully terminated, and who have been retaliated against for defending their rights. Alexa truly cares about her clients and provides each case with the individual attention it deserves.
Alexa received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, Camden, where she was President of her graduating class through the Student Bar Association.
Prior to joining Swartz Swidler as an Associate Attorney, Alexa worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Douglas Hurd, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, at the Mercer County Superior Court in Trenton, New Jersey.
While at Rutgers, Alexa worked for Swartz Swidler as a Law Clerk. She was also a legal intern at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in Trenton, NJ, as well as a legal extern at Disability Rights Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
Prior to attending law school, Alexa received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where she double majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
Alexa is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
