Bio
Joshua S. Boyette, Esquire, partner of Swartz Swidler, LLC, focuses his practice on representing employees who have been denied wages, misclassified, wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, and who have been retaliated against for whistleblowing, making internal complaints, or otherwise defending their rights. He also represents individuals and groups of employees in appeals, severance negotiations and in mediation and arbitration. Joshua has significant experience representing transportation workers in complex wage and hour disputes.
Joshua received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the New York University School of Law. While in law school, Joshua interned for the Honorable Jeffrey Minehart of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he advocated for the rights of employees. Prior to attending law school, Joshua received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in history.
Joshua is admitted to the Supreme Courts of California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
