On November 25, 2015, over opposition from PNC, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania granted the Plaintiffs’ request and conditionally certified this matter as a collective action pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (a federal law requiring that employees receive certain wages, such as proper overtime for all overtime hours worked).
