On August 27, 2012, Cindy Bobryk, on behalf of herself and all those similarly situated, filed a lawsuit in federal court in Camden, New Jersey asserting that Durand Glass Manufacturing Company failed to pay her and other workers all overtime worked, alleging that she and others were required to perform pre-shift and post-shift work.
On September 29, 2014, the federal District Court in Camden, New Jersey certified this matter as a collective action on behalf of all former and current hourly employees who have been employed by Durand at any point from February 28, 2011 to the present.
