Bio

Carley Doyle, Esquire advocates for individuals subjected to such unfair labor practices as employment discrimination and wage and hour abuses.

She also represents clients in unemployment appeals, mediation, and arbitration.

Carley received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where she focused on public interest law.  During law school, she interned with a nonprofit employment law center, where she gained experience representing clients in wage and hour cases and unemployment appeals. She also worked with a nonprofit organization focused on intern
ational legal reform and sustainable development.

She is a published author on the subject of class action litigation.  See Consumer Access to Justice:  A Comparison of Consumer Class Action Litigation in the United States of America and the Republic of Chile, Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution, 22 Willamette J. Int’l L. & Disp. Resol. 137 (2014).

Prior to attending law school, Carley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University where she majored in political science.

Carley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
