On May 29, 2013, three over-the-road truck drivers of Stevens Transport, Inc. filed a federal lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas asserting that Stevens Transport failed to pay them and thousands of other truck drivers at least the mandated minimum wage as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).
This case has been settled and settlement checks are expected to be mailed in the first half of April of 2016.
